While under my supervision, the responsibilities have included case management of a designated unit, communication and interaction with staff and physicians, and participation in hospital based committees and initiatives. It has been my pleasure to work with these case managers. A Frazier Associates have established a good rapport with the hospital case managers, administration, and physicians. At the beginning of 2008, we needed to add an additional Concurrent Review/Discharge Planner position. This was a position that we needed to fill immediately, but unfortunately had difficulty in doing so.
A Frazier and Associates was able to provide a nurse who had the job skills to perform the job functions for the Concurrent Review/Discharge Planning position. The nurse was able to perform the job functions within two (2) working days with limited training. She is professional, with strong clinical knowledge, understands UR and CM; is knowledgeable regarding clinical criteria and computer savvy. We also have an additional nurse from A Frazier and Associates train for any future needs. She also has all the qualities that are required.
It has been a pleasure doing business with A Frazier and Associates.
